What we collect
Your email, name and organisation when you request access or sign in. Sign-in codes are sent to your email and expire. API keys, access records, usage and billing records are retained for your account. Decision models and receipts are returned to you; the console holds them during the current session. Generated models may be held in a temporary cache to serve repeated questions.
How we use it
To operate the console and API, to process decisions and show your usage and available balance, and to contact you about the preview. Marketing email is sent only if you opt in, a few times a year.
Processors
Model generation and text reading use third-party model providers under contract. The content needed for the request is sent to them; it is not retained by them for training under our agreements.
Retention and deletion
The preview does not provide durable storage of decision models, input data or receipts. Download the models and receipts you need to keep. Account and accounting records are managed separately; contact us about account deletion and applicable retention requirements.
