Terms of Service

1. The service

aityx is a decision API and console operated by Aletyx. During the tech preview, access is granted to approved accounts and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

2. Your content

States, questions, documents, models and receipts you submit remain yours. We process them to provide the service, to generate and execute your models and return receipts. Generated models may be reused through a temporary cache; customers are responsible for keeping the models and receipts they need. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit content you have no right to share, personal data beyond what the decision needs, or content intended to attack the service or other users.

4. Availability and changes

The preview is provided as is, without an uptime commitment. Model generators and readers may change between versions; the same supplied decision definition and validated inputs produce the same result. Repeating questions may create a new definition if the temporary cache no longer holds the earlier one.

5. Fees

Approved preview accounts receive a credit balance. Billable console and API calls deduct from that balance at the published rates. A call cannot proceed without sufficient available funds. Cached questions-based calls use the same System Two rate as other questions-based calls.
